Our new Fire Retardant Kits and Topcoat

Hi, all despite some logistical delays RKD are pleased to inform customers that our new Platinum Fire Retardant Fibreglass Roofing kits and Roofing Topcoat will be released this week. Here’s an excerpt –

TriRoof Fire Retardant Kits comprise our Platinum range of Fibreglass – GRP Roofing Kits. RKD understand the concern regarding all aspects of fire hazard and spread prevention. Architects, inspectors and prudent installers, both DIY and Trade are stipulating fire retardant specifications and consideration. Ever aware of safety, security and confidence elements for our clients RKD have created a range of fire retardant fibreglass roofing kits to accommodate these aspects Our kits include

• TriRoof Resin which is a pure, zero blend, 100% Polyester Roofing Resin. Certified and tested by Lloyd’s register to gives fast wet out and is specially formulated for roofing.
• Fire Retardant Topcoat – has a fire rating of EXT.F.AB according to BS476 part 3:2004. It has also been specifically formulated for fibreglass roofing applications and is pigmented to Dark Grey 18-B-25.
