Latest info re RKD Xmas 2020 trading times

Here's our latest update in respect of RKD Xmas trading

Simply all the relevant information is contained in the above image

As always we accept online orders throughout the xmas break period. These however will not be processed and dispatched until Monday 4th January 2021

In respect of last orders before the holiday period - customers need to place their order before noon on Monday 21st December - we would anticipate that these orders will be delivered before xmas

Regarding contact during the holiday period - Our hard working teams are taking a well earned break as common in the building and construction industries.

All email comms throught the holiday will be reviewed daily by on call senior staff and we would ask as a courtesy that customers allow 24 -36 hours for response. Telephones will only be periodically manned each day - however telephone voicemail will be available 24/7 and all voicemail receipts will be reviewed on a daily basis, again please allow 24-26 hours for response.

We will obviously respond to urgent comms as quickly as possible and help where we possibly can but please be aware that our warehouses are closed for the xmas break from 22/12/20 to 03/01/21 - No dispatch is therefore available during this period (22/12/20 to 03/01/2021)
