Flashing Black Mastic
Our Black mastic is ideal to fill the chase out between wall trims and brickwork when your roof adjoins a wall.
Each tube contains 300ml product.
Product Content
Used in conjunction with sealant/mastic to create a waterproof junction on up-stands or wall junctions.
Can also be used as Gutter Drip Trim when installing Metal Edge Trims (Can be top or side fixed with screws included)
When using as a wall up-stand trim the membrane is dressed into the wall or up-stand using the Wall Trim.
Requires use of Angle Grinder to create channel in brickwork or render

(Includes 35mm self sealing Hex Fasteners)
The sealant is inserted along the top of the Wall Trim into the pre-ground slot in the wall or up-stand.
