Roofing Kits Direct fully supports GDPR.
As an online shop, we fully understand the need for privacy and security of client information.
RKD do not email market or provide client information to anybody except when legally required to do so or to our suppliers/manufacturers to ensure delivery and order protocols.
Our website is hosted by with a woocommerce store shop, financial transactions are all with STRIPE & PAYPAL and RKD do not store any financial data whatsoever. These 3 providers are fully GDPR compliant.
In data management RKD reviews any enquiry form data received on a monthly basis and manages client information on an ongoing basis, deleting well inside regulation where appropriate.
We have ensured that our suppliers are fully GDPR compliant as a mandatory professional requirement
Our Woocommerce store collects, stores, processes and shares personal data based on GDPR guidelines and complies with GDPR requirements in the following ways:

What information do we collect from you.
We collect two types of information –
1. When you use the Roofing Kits Direct website you will by default be providing analytical details such as the URL you came from, IP address, domain types like .co.uk and .com, your browser type and the pages of our website that were viewed during your visit.
2. Also when you purchase products such details as your name, email address, contact telephone numbers etc will be provided. Similarly ‘My Account’ registered members provide such information.
Note – Roofing Kits Direct do not keep a record, or store, credit/debit card details. All credit card processing is handled securely by Stripe & PayPal
