Purpose-built for free-standing structures with a single gutter line running along the longest edge, our Garage Rubber Roof Kit gives you a durable, weatherproof finish that’s straightforward to fit yourself. With a service life of up to 50 years, this is a genuine long-term roofing solution rather than a quick fix.

At the heart of the kit is a 1.2mm one-piece EPDM rubber membrane — fully resistant to UV rays, ozone and infrared exposure, so there’s no risk of cracking, blistering or peeling over time. Everything you need for a complete, professional-standard installation is included, from adhesives through to edge trims.

• 4x Sure Edge External Kerb Edge corner units
• 1x installation tool kit (scissors, roller set and mini roller)
• All fixing clips and pins for the trims included
