Used For: Metal Edge Trim for rubber roofing used to create a professional finish to roof edges where you wish the water to be diverted back onto the roof i.e. (Kerb Edge)
Note:To use the trim as a kerb edge it is necessary to create a small up-stand by installing a tanalised wood batten onto the roof deck prior to installing the EPDM membrane.

The Gutter drip trim simplifies your roof edge and is used to secure the membrane where water runs off the roof. The drip edge is a two part trim that clamps the membrane into place and creates a step into the gutter.
Ideal for Professional & DIY roofers alike, just cut to length. Don’t forget to buy your corners.

The Sure Edge Kerb Trim is used to secure the membrane on the fascia edge of the roof where a gutter drip is not present. The kerb trims creates an upstand seal on the roof edge and removes the need for a timber upstand.
Ideal for Professional & DIY roofers alike, just cut to length. Don’t forget to buy your corners.

Used in conjunction with Lap Sealant/mastic to create a waterproof junction on up-stands or wall junctions.
Can also be used as Gutter Drip Trim when installing Metal Edge Trims (Can be top or side fixed with screws included)
When using as a wall up-stand trim the membrane is dressed into the wall or up-stand using the Wall Trim.
Requires use of Angle Grinder to create channel in brickwork or render

The sealant is inserted along the top of the Wall Trim into the pre-ground slot in the wall or up-stand.
The shed roof edge trim can be used in place of a piece of timber to secure the rubber membrane on the perimeter of the roof. Used to professionally finish off the edge of the shed roof. The trim will ensure that the roofing membrane is secure and free from wind up lift
Cutting: Can be cut with hacksaw or tin snips
